今年もまた５月１５日がやってきました。

徳島古着界の異端児でありカリスマ、Nutsのヒロさんが亡くなった日です。

４年が過ぎました。

もう１０年も経ったような錯覚に陥るぐらい昔のように思えます。

でもまだ今だにお客さんとの会話の中に「今ここにヒロさんがいたら・・・・・。」っていう話題が普通に出てきます。

久しぶりに話がしたいのでたまには化けて出たらいいのに、と思ってますがあっちもなかなか忙しいようです。

まったく話は飛びますがピザ作りました！！！

買ってきて焼いたんじゃないですよ。

強力粉と塩、水、イーストをこねて発酵させて伸ばして広げてホールトマトとガーリックで別に作ったピザソースを乗っけてトッピングしてオーブンレンジで焼いた本格派です♪

味もなかなかでした。

※　今回は単純にどうだすごいだろう的な感じで紹介しました（笑）
