肉とビールが太るというのは嘘です。

こんにちは。

また今日は一風変わったお題をつけていますが、そうなんですよ、奥さん！

前前回のブログでボクが12kg痩せてることに触れました。

今年の３月の頭に82kgジャストあったボクの体重は、本日8月25日の朝ごはん食べた直後69.4kgでした。

その差12.6kg。

なーんだ、自慢かよ。って思ってます？

まぁ、ちょっと自慢なんですが、まだあと5kg痩せるつもりなので本気の自慢はたっぷりその時にさせてもらいます♪

今日は自慢の中間報告的な？感じです。（笑）

で、ボクがどうやってここまで痩せたかよく聞かれますが、長い話になってしまうので、興味ある方はお店に来てください。

まぁ、Ｔシャツの一枚でも買っていただけるとボクの説明にもさらに気合が入るんじゃないかと。。。（笑）

あっ、お題の話でした！

ざっくり言うと筋トレと食事の改善で代謝を高めて体重を落としてるんですが、他の人のダイエットと違うところは、ボクが毎晩ビールを３本飲んでいる、ということです。

厳密にはビールではないんですが。。。

しかもビールと共に多いときでは週のウチ５日ステーキを食べています！

ほとんどアメリカ人です。（笑）

網焼きなのでバーベキューかもしれないですが、何せ肉焼いてビールと共に食べて酔っ払ってそのまま寝ています。（笑）

でも痩せ続けています。

病気じゃないですよ。（笑）

健康的に。

何が言いたいかというと、ボクの経験上、脂身の少ない赤身肉はいくら食べても太らないです。

ビールも太らないです。

太る人はビールと一緒に食べる油と糖分と炭水化物のせいです！

何かオチが見出せないですが、皆さんも今日の晩ご飯はビールとステーキでキマりです！！
