パクチーハウス徳島。 [日々徒然と・・・]
全国のパクチーファンの方、こんばんは！！
そうでない人もこんばんは。
本日の題は東京にあるパクチー料理専門店からインスパイアされてつけました。（笑）
ボクん家のパクチーがモシャモシャ伸びてきました。
ほら。
まだ食べるには早いとネットには書いてありましたが、ちょっとぐらいなら、と
野菜と共に炒めて美味しくいただいてしまいました。
久しぶり、この匂い♪
テンション上ってきたので嫁さんにも匂いを嗅いでもらいました。
妻は「本気で吐き気がしてきた。」と申されました。（笑）
今まで食べたどんなパクチーよりも風味が強烈です。
やっぱり有機無農薬パクチーは違います。
すごい。
話は180度変わりますが、（180度変わってこれから話す話題にたどり着くのか不安ですが）
昨日の休日に自転車に愛息子（マナムスコ）乗せて市場町（多分16～17km離れてる）へ行ってきました♪
友達の森長くんの畑のじゃが芋の花が見事に咲いていると聞いて、しかもノーアポでいきなり自転車で現れたら面白かろうということで。（笑）
県外の方は分からないと思いますが、距離だけ見ると大したことないんですけど、徳島の人の感覚で言うと板野町（ボクの住んでる）から市場町まで自転車でしかも子供乗せて行くなんてかなりオカシナ事なんですね。
ボクもその徳島感覚があるので出発前はちょっと不安だったんですが、行ってみるとけっこう余裕でした。
途中で懐かしい「コインスナック」（笑）もあるし。
かなり懐かしい自販機が並んでいます。
光って見えにくいですが、これは、
仁鶴師匠～っ！！
ボク18歳の時、車の免許取ったばっかりの友達の車で夜走ってた時にまさにこの仁鶴師匠からボンカレー買って食べましたよ。
コンビニも携帯も無かった時代ですよ。。。
いや、あったか。。。
その後難なく森長くんと合流でき畑を見せてもらいました♪
前見せてもらったときはちゃんと畑にもなってなかったんですが、じゃが芋がもっさりと植わっていました
。
ボクも自分の畑が欲しいなぁ。
森長くんの畑はじゃが芋の小さい花がたくさん咲いてて収穫がすごい楽しみになりました。
森長くんと話しながらいろんな草を抜いたり土の塊を投げたりする麟太郎を制止しなければならなかったので写真撮るの忘れてました。
その後畑の近くでうどん食べて土成の公園へ。
そこで車で来た嫁、旺次郎と合流しました。
あまりにもヘトヘトだったので自転車を車に乗せて帰りました。
体力がまだまだ必要です！
最終目標としては白鳥動物園に息子を乗せたチャリで日帰り！
無理かなぁ。。。

ほとんど出回ることは無いと思いますのでレアですよ♪

土成ぐらい？です。阿北自動車学校越して車なら５分以内かな？ボクがいる間も普通にトラックの運ちゃんがカレー買って食べてました。
時代はどうでしょう？テレビで仁鶴師匠がボンカレーって言ってたのをギリギリ覚えてるので1970年代後半とかじゃないでしょうか。
今度買って食べたいです。

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear."
