まんでがんの美味しい季節ですね。

夏になると徳島側から318号線でトンネルを抜けた所のうどん屋さん「山賊村」の野菜直売所に気になる看板が出ます。

まんでがん直売！



まんでがん？

直売？



今はもう「まんでがん」というものが何か知っていますが、始めはてっきりこの山間で夏に収穫される野菜か果物だと思っていました。

318号は南北に伸びてるんですがこの看板は徳島からトンネルくぐって来た人が見える位置に置いてあって香川方面側にはありません。

香川へ向かう徳島県民へのメッセージに見えますよね。

まんでがん。

徳島人には想像もつかない言葉です。


ある時、嫁さんと香川に行く途中にこの前を通りました。

ボク　「もう、まんでがんの季節なんやね。」

看板を指差しながらボクが言いました。

嫁　「まんでがんって何？」

ボク　「ん？まんでがんってまんでがんやん。」

ボク　「まんでがん知らんの？」

ボク　「まんでがんって、そうやなぁ、ちょうどミカンとハッサクの間ぐらいの大きさの柑橘系の果物で、酸味はスダチよりちょっと強めかな。この辺まんでがんで有名らしいよ。」

ボク　「香川でぶっかけうどんとかしょう油うどんとか注文したら、スダチっぽいんが付いてくるやん。あれ徳島の人はみんなスダチやと思っとる人が多いけど実はだいたいまんでがんなんやって。」

↑　しょう油うどんと小ぶりのまんでがん

ボク　「徳島はスダチがあるけんほとんど流通してないけど、うどんにはまんでがんの方が絶対合うって香川のお客さんが言よったよ。」

嫁さん、凄い関心してました（笑）。



方言って面白いですね。

「まんでがん」は香川の方言で「全部」という意味です。（間違ってたら指摘してください）

（野菜、果物）全部直売ですよ！と言いたいんでしょう。


香川に行ったら女子高生も暇さえあれば「まんでがん、まんでがん」言うております（笑）。

「まっつくつい」とか「じょんならん」とか言ってる人もいるので気を付けてくださいね♪
